3 SLLC offers a competitive wage, earnings ranging from $23-$35 per hour with base pay, commission and tips. With an amazing work life balance our organization believes in having a fun energetic atmosphere to work in. 3 SLLC offers reimbursement on insurance costs as well as PTO and Holiday starting after 30 days.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
