Automotive Sales Consultant
Chris Auffenberg Ford in Washington MO is seeking a full-time experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join its team in selling new and used cars and light trucks. We offer competitive base salary plus commission. Benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and company discounts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Identify customer needs, wants and buying habits
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers
- Ensure customer paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly processed
- Utilize customer follow-up systems to foster excellent relationships
- Close sales in a timely and efficient manner
- Ask for referrals and assist in schedule follow-ups
- Thank customers for their business
Requirements:
- Proven track record of automotive sales experience
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of automotive industry trends
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
- Valid driver's license
