We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join a dynamic healthcare team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
• Analyze specimens and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Follow quality control procedures and comply with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
• Previous laboratory experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
