Overview Field Design & Service Center Team – Entry‑level Jeweler Apprentice. The role includes full administrative responsibilities, customer service, photography of jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair and bench skills. Responsibilities Perform administrative and clerical tasks. Take customer service calls and interact with stores and customers. Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking. Learn the basics of jewelry repair, including polishing and quality control. Advance from apprentice to bench jeweler through a structured training program. Desired Administrative Skills Customer service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills. High standard for quality work. Basic computer skills. Excellent organizational skills. Detail oriented. Knowledge of shipping/receiving. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Multi‑tasking and time‑management. Position Requirements High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required. Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required. Availability for varying hours, including nights and weekends.
