Looking for Local/ Travel RN in Uniontown, PA

$50 per hour

Registered Nurse (Local/ Travel)

Location: Uniontown, PA 15401

Term: Contract: 5 weeks

Shift: 7:00 pm TO 7:30 am shifts available

Local pay rate: $50/ hour Travel pay rate: $1800/weekly gross on based up to 36 hours.

Requirements
  • State RN license.
  • BLS/CPR required.
  • Must be Vaccinated
  • Min 1 -2 year of RN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
  • Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
  • Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
  • Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
  • Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
