Patient Population

Work with an appreciative senior patient population in a model designed to improve long‑term health outcomes through preventative and personalized care. Physicians have the time and resources to build meaningful relationships with patients managing chronic conditions.

Comprehensive Benefits Package

• 33 days PTO

Requirements

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Active DEA license
• NO RESIDENTS
• NO VISA CANDIDATES
