Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Division. Rate: $22-28/hour depending on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Commercial maintenance in office buildings.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Grounds maintenance.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting.
- Customer service.
- Rotating On-Call.
- May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
- Prior maintenance experience is preferred.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
Compensation details: 22-28 Hourly Wage
