This role is ideal for a lawyer with a strong background managing complex disputes, taking ownership of key case activities, and contributing in a collaborative, in-person office environment. The position offers meaningful courtroom and case development work, along with career growth opportunities, strong benefits, and performance-based incentives.Responsibilities:• Lead substantive litigation tasks from early case assessment through resolution, ensuring matters progress efficiently and strategically.• Take and defend depositions with confidence, including serving as first chair when required.• Prepare persuasive motions, briefs, and other court filings that support case strategy and client objectives.• Manage written discovery, document review, and factual development to build strong defense positions.• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on commercial, employment, intellectual property, and other business-related disputes.• Participate in hearings, case planning, and day-to-day litigation management in an in-person Dallas, Texas office setting.• Contribute to business development efforts and cultivate client relationships in support of long-term practice growth.The more you expect from today, the more it will deliver!
