Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Real Estate Paralegal for a reputable law firm in Miami, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced real estate attorneys on a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 + years of real estate paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Prepare, review, and organize contracts, closing documents, leases, and related transaction materials.
• Coordinate and track due diligence, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, lien searches, and corporate documents.
• Order and review title searches, estoppels, payoff statements, and other closing-related documents.
• Prepare and maintain transaction checklists and monitor critical deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, brokers, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction process.
• Assist with entity formations and the preparation and maintenance of corporate records.
• Manage post-closing activities, including document recording and closing binders.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 + years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal.
• Experience handling commercial real estate transactions preferred .
• Knowledge of title and survey review, due diligence, and closing procedures.
• Experience with loan documentation and real estate financing transactions is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
