We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our talented team at AdviniaCare Northbridge in Northbridge, Massachusetts. As a Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for residents

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation, and follow food storage procedures

• Assist with menu planning and food production as needed

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations

• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve culinary skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting, preferrably in e medical setting

• Certificate or associate degree in culinary arts or cooking preferred

• Massachusetts food handling certificate and knowledge of geriatric diets

• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware

• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods

• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

• Capacity to work in a team environment
