Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting early childhood learners through an Early Intervention (EI) program. Based near Corvallis and Albany, Oregon, this full-time, 40-hour-per-week position begins in August 2026 for the 2026-27 school year. You’ll join a collaborative evaluation team, focusing on delivering meaningful speech and language services across multiple sites in an itinerant role, with robust support from an experienced EI staff.

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license or eligibility for Oregon licensure by start date
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, clinical fellows considered
• Previous experience working with early childhood or in EI settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting children and families in diverse environments
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for children in early intervention
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans, collaborating closely with families and related service professionals
• Provide direct therapy in home, community, and center-based settings as needed
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, including contribution to Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development
• Consult with teachers, caregivers, and other providers to promote generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with program guidelines
• Travel within assigned area as an itinerant SLP and manage a diverse caseload
