We are looking for a Drama Teacher for a Bilingual School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from August 2025. About the school Chinese/American Bilingual School based in Beijing, it specializes in the teaching and management of K-12 Chinese-American programs as well as British (Cambridge) programs. The school has a kindergarten, primary and secondary education divisions and provide students with a comprehensive and well-rounded education that combines rigorous academic standards with cultural immersion and global perspectives. Job details Teach the subject of drama to students for high school, and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environments Requirements Master Degree or aboveMinimum 2 years’ experience in teachingHold a teaching certificatePassionate and Energetic in teachingExcellent English communication skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary range of 27,000 to 29,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsHousing allowance is 4.000 RMBBenefits include a 60-minute lunch break, free lunch provided on campus, monthly breakfast allowance, and gifts from the schoolFull-time employment on a one-year contract (renewable)Paid winter and summer holidayPublic HolidaysApplicants sign an employment agreement and are assisted in applying for work visas and residence permits.
