Boston, MAHybridFull Time$140k - $190k Job Description A leading insurance and financial services organization is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents that solve complex business problems at scale. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on transforming high-value insurance workflows through agentic AI, large language models, and modern cloud-native development practices. The ideal candidate combines strong Python software engineering skills with practical experience building and operating LLM-powered applications in production. You will work closely with architects, product stakeholders, and business experts to develop intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer outcomes. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite in the Greater Boston area.
