An established global organization is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Division Assistant to support senior leadership and play a vital role in the daily operations of a growing division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, coordinating projects, and serving as the organizational backbone of a high-performing team. Direct hire role. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (Hybrid after 6 months). $27-$29/hr based on experience.

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative & operational support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, and support day-to-day activities for division leadership.
• Serve as a key communication hub: Act as a liaison between leadership, internal departments, customers, vendors, and subcontractors by coordinating communications, routing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and initiatives.
• Prepare business reports & presentations: Create, maintain, and distribute reports, presentations, correspondence, and other professional documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support division projects & employee programs: Assist with cross-functional initiatives, onboarding activities, training coordination, and special projects that contribute to the division's overall success.
• Coordinate meetings & events: Organize internal meetings, customer engagements, leadership updates, business planning sessions, and special events while managing logistics and schedules.
• Represent the division professionally: Build positive relationships and maintain a professional image when interacting with employees, customers, vendors, and business partners.
