We're seeking a highly ethical and motivated Outside Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager to join our team, manage a dedicated territory, and make a measurable difference across small-town communities in West Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and working independently in a field-based sales environmentwithout the demands of extensive overnight travel.

You'll operate within a two-hour radius of your home, traveling throughout your assigned territory to visit different towns each week. Some weeks may require up to three nights of overnight travel, while most evenings you'll return home and sleep in your own bedoffering the freedom of territory sales with the stability of local work.

In this role, you'll represent Ambassador Company by developing local partnerships, engaging with business owners, school administrators, and community leaders, and presenting our community sponsorship program. You'll secure advertising sponsors and help coordinate the distribution of educational children's books provided free to families through schools and community organizations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local business leaders and community influencers.
• Prospect and close new partnerships while re-engaging past participants.
• Represent our mission at local events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and communication.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 510 years of experience in sales, community relations, or field outreach.
• Proven "hunter" mentality with strong closing skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (5 days/week, visiting 12 towns per week).
• Highly organized, self-directed, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives.
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
