Pay Rate: $24 / hour (Paid legally via W2). Location: Castle Rock, CO. Schedule: Mon, Tue, and Thu from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (18 hours per week guaranteed). Start date is flexible, August 17th or sooner. About Our Family: We are looking for a reliable, nurturing, and attentive part‑time nanny to care for our 5 month‑old baby girl. What We Offer Guaranteed Hours : You will be paid for 18 hours every single week, providing you with stable, predictable income. Child‑Focused Role : Your only responsibility is the baby. We do not expect you to do household chores, family laundry, or deep cleaning. Legal Pay : This is a professional, W2 position. Job Responsibilities Maintain regular infant routines (feeding, wake windows, and naps). Engage the baby in age‑appropriate play, tummy time, and reading. Must be fully vaccinated, including Tdap and seasonal flu. CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). Clean background check and excellent references.
