Job Overview A law firm seeks a full-time corporate attorney in Wooster, Ohio, to negotiate and draft various agreements and advise clients on fundamental business matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, commercial leases, and compliance. Duties Negotiate and draft a wide range of agreements. Advise clients on basic business matters. Serve as first or second chair on mergers and acquisitions transactions. Handle real estate purchase transactions and commercial leases. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements Experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or tax planning is a plus. J.D. degree. Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. Education J.D. degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio. Skills Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
