About the Role:
As a Caregiver (Developmental Disabilities) at Homecare Heroes of Texas LLC, your responsibilities will include:
Providing person-centered care and support to clients with developmental disabilities
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair assistance
Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Documenting client care and progress, communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
