Founding GTM Lead - New York, NY

We are seeking a Founding Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead with 6–8 years of experience in sales, go-to-market, or growth roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling non-paid growth channels, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or other field-sales-driven industries. You should be comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity, personally executing outbound strategies, and rapidly iterating on new channels.

What You'll Do

• Design and build Emora's field GTM strategy from the ground up, including team structure, territory design, targets, and the sales playbook for pediatric practices, health systems, schools, and community organizations.
• Take ownership of all non-marketing-spend growth channels and drive measurable referral and partner acquisition targets.
• Manage and scale a growing team of regional field sales representatives (currently three across multiple states), coaching them against quota-driven targets with high accountability.
• Personally launch and validate new markets and channels before scaling them across the team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a strategy-only position.
• Build and manage a national pipeline of pediatric practices, health systems, schools, universities, employers, and other referral partners.
• Test and iterate on new go-to-market motions rapidly, running focused experiments, doubling down on successful strategies, and discontinuing ineffective ones.
• Represent Emora Health externally at conferences, community events, and in direct meetings with providers and health system leaders.
• Partner closely with the CEO and clinical and operations teams to ensure the field organization delivers an exceptional partner and patient experience.
• Build the reporting, forecasting, and pipeline infrastructure necessary to scale this motion as Emora expands into 10+ states.

Role Details

• Salary: $170,000–$220,000
• Location: On-site in New York, NY. The team works in the office daily, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
