We are actively demonstrating our next-generation permeability enhancement technology across diverse geologies worldwide, collaborating with industry leaders in geothermal energy, geologic hydrogen, carbon storage, and mining to redefine resource recovery for a carbon-neutral future.Looking ahead, we are preparing for field tests, in cooperation with our supportive technical partners.We are seeking a hands-on and driven Electrical Engineering Technician to join our interdisciplinary team in building and deploying electrical reservoir stimulation equipment in both laboratory and field environments. This role will support the R&D team in the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of electromechanical systems, including high-voltage devices and low-voltage control systems. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in installation, troubleshooting, and operation of our systems, and will travel to work sites across the U.S. and abroad to ensure successful setup and field execution.Your ImpactAssist in day-to-day assembly and repair of field and lab equipmentProvide hands-on support for equipment installation, setup, and operation during field deploymentsExecute preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical assemblies and troubleshoot issues on-site and in the labDocument repair and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughlyIdentify inefficiencies and provide root-cause analysis and solutions to the design teamEnsure equipment is operating safely and reliably under rigorous field conditions
