Remote Business Analyst

Seeking an experienced Empower Test Analyst / Business Analyst, the remote contractor will support requirements gathering, UAT, testing, defect management, and business documentation with a focus on Empower LOS and mortgage lending workflows. Key responsibilities Develop test plans, test cases, scripts, and execute UAT/regression testing for Empower LOS Gather and document requirements; create detailed BRDs and manage requirements through sign-off Perform defect triage, tracking, and post-production validation using JIRA, ALM, or TestRail Required qualifications Strong Empower LOS and mortgage lending experience Experience in requirements elicitation and BRD documentation Strong UAT planning and execution experience Familiarity with CFPB, ATR, QM, and TRID requirements Proficiency in using JIRA, ALM, or TestRail for defect management
