Program Details
- Duration: 1 year immersive experience
- Location: Capella Kyoto, Japan
- Language: English required (Japanese a plus)
- Age: 18 - 30 years old*
Positions
- Commis: Entry-level culinary role with expert mentorship in a Michelin-caliber kitchen.
- Chef de Partie: Drive and craft consistency in a refined, ingredient-focused kitchen philosophy.
Employment
Employment is through Capella Kyoto. You must meet all employment conditions required by Japan's Working Holiday Visa program , and Capella Hotels and Resorts.
