Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Children's Residential Program Randolph, MA and Norwood, MA Support. Empower. Transform. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with Autism, developmental disabilities, brain injury, or neuro-behavioral disorders. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence. Your Impact Support children with daily routines including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication. Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, play, and skill-building. Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior. Partner with clinical, educational, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans. Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and school transitions. What You Bring High School Diploma or GED. Valid and current U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience. Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
