Front-end Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of large-scale Angular applications, including modular architecture, state management, and cross-team code sharing.
• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces with Angular and TypeScript across the full development lifecycle.
• Translate, prototype, and refine Figma or Adobe XD designs into high-fidelity, usable interfaces.
• Implement scalable Angular architectures, signal-based state management, optimized change detection, and RxJS pipelines.
• Ensure applications meet WCAG accessibility standards and defined performance benchmarks.
• Develop generative-AI-enabled dashboards and data-visualization tools for complex datasets and high-frequency AI pipeline data.
• Mentor peers and junior engineers on accessible, performant front-end development and design-system implementation.
• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional partners on technical roadmaps and engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of front-end development experience, particularly in an enterprise or SaaS environment.
• Experience with Angular, RxJS, and TypeScript.
• Ability to iterate on designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Preferred experience architecting front-end solutions for AI-driven platforms, including LLM interfaces or agentic UIs.
• Preferred experience with design-token management, Angular performance metrics, user behavior analytics, heatmaps, and LLM or Copilot-style assistants.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive technical consensus and explain architecture to diverse collaborators.
• Cisco networking knowledge is a plus.
