This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. This role also includes installation responsibilities with mostly residential and some light commercial work. Help deliver customer’s heating and cooling needs by providing quality system installations including Split Systems, Duct Work, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, thermostats, IAQ products, smart home devices and more. Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers. Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly. Test and Inspect Equipment – Show off your craftsmanship to clients and perform vital functions tests to ensure system is heating / cooling to customer’s satisfaction. Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution. Experience in residential HVAC Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs. Excellent communication skills with customers and office team Professional appearance and personality Pay The pay range for this position is $28.00 to $42.00, and depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician.
