NAM Offer Marketing Manager- Drives System

Mission of this Position Manage product marketing for NAM dedicated offer NAM Drives business growth Cross functional leadership & cross level collaboration Key Metrics to be Impacted by this Position Drives (primarily SDS) business growth in NAM NAM portfolio evolution Cross Collaboration feedback What will you do? Responsible for the growth of drives business (majorly SDS) in NAM Manage the Product Life cycle and the PEP of each product line Prioritize customer request, manage solution/trouble shooting and establish evolutions if needed Lead the offer deployment in the zone Communicate on offer updates, develop pricing and promotion tools Support NAM zone requests on all topics related to the offer Provide marketing support Develop sales arguments (pricing, features, specific tools...) against competition Develop a service offer for our products Give support in forecast and planning of the offer Anticipate the end of life of product and establish conversion studies following PWP Process Contribute to the establishment of our Go to Market and Promotion Strategy as part of the offer marketing team Network of Interaction Internal NAM Ops Team & Leadership GSC/Industrialization Tendering/Quotation/Project Management Plants Order Processing, Manufacturing, Quality R&D/PEP/Continuous Engineering Offer Management Other BUs External Customers SE Channel Partners: IADs/SIs Suppliers Strategic Partnership What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a technical background 5+ years of experience Sales, Marketing, Technical support related to customers Cross-cultural experience (interaction with other countries) Drives Technology / Power conversion Technology and Drives Business Experienced in customer engagement and VOC collection Familiar with norms and variable speed drive market requirements Proficient in English and Spanish preferably Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments Value chain understanding Pricing and Business model understanding Bring your product expertise to a team that values impact and innovation – apply today! For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
