Do you love the smell of fresh biscuits in the morning? Join our team and help create warm, delicious biscuits that keep our guests coming back! In this role, you will prepare fresh, hot, high-quality biscuits using company recipes and procedures while maintaining the highest food safety and cleanliness standards. You'll play an important part in delivering a great dining experience and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Prepare Fresh Biscuits
- Mix, prepare, and bake biscuits according to company recipes and preparation standards.
- Ensure biscuits are baked fresh and served hot to maintain quality and taste.
- Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product appearance to ensure consistent results.
- Maintain a steady production pace to meet customer demand while avoiding unnecessary waste or overproduction.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area
- Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, baking trays, pots, pans, and preparation equipment.
- Keep baking stations, counters, and preparation areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Support the Kitchen Team
- Assist other food production team members with food preparation when needed.
- Help restock ingredients, supplies, and baking materials during shifts.
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Deliver Great Teamwork and Professionalism
- Maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful working relationship with managers and fellow team members.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ensure personal appearance and uniform meet company standards at all times.
Follow Food Safety and Company Standards
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to protect guest health and product quality.
- Support all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
