JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active MN License Board: BC/BE in Pediatrics or Family Medicine Certifications: NRP Experience: Minimum 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred Other Qualifications: Local Providers Preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide pediatric hospitalist coverage, including rounding on newborns and pediatric patients. Attend high-risk deliveries and provide newborn resuscitation as needed. Manage pediatric admissions and provide urgent care for sick newborns. Arrange transfers for critically ill pediatric patients to tertiary care centers. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
