Process booking modifications, flight cancellations, and special accommodation requests promptly. Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately. Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems. Ideal Candidate Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can think on your feet. Tech‑Savvy: You are comfortable learning new booking platforms and working with remote communication tools. Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must. Experience: Previous background in customer support or the travel industry is highly valued.
