Hit the ground running with skills you already have.What You'll Do:Execute production line changeovers accurately and efficiently per established specs and proceduresTroubleshoot and repair AC/DC drives, motors, motor control circuits, and PLC-controlled systemsDiagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, bearings, and pumpsTroubleshoot discrete and analog sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, photo-electric, proximity)Participate in new equipment installation, validation, and startup processesRequirements:Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills with demonstrated root cause and corrective action capabilityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAllen Bradley experience a plus (CompactLogix, SLC 500, PV+); food manufacturing GMP experience preferredBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision401k with an 8% matchLife InsurancePTO after 60 days, accrues at 3.8 hours /pay period. 2 weeks first 2 years, goes up after that
