Customer Service Representative Sprinkler Warehouse is the largest-on-line-lawn sprinkler supply store in the nation. Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns. Record customer information within our customer service database. Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while assisting them with their online orders. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies. Qualifications A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support. The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Availability Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
