Overview Senior LIFE is an innovative home and community based Medicare and Medicaid funded program which provides all-inclusive healthcare services and support to seniors living in the community. Senior LIFE makes it possible for seniors to remain at home, enjoying the comfort and reassurance of familiar surroundings while receiving the care they need. Senior LIFE staff live the mission of the program. Our team is committed to partnering with our seniors to remain at home through promoting open communication and shared decision making while providing excellent care and services. Casual - Weekday On Call Monday thru Thursday - Indiana, PA RN License and valid Driver's License required Schedule of the Registered Nurse (RN) Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm to 10:30pm Work From Home Home Visits Required Benefits of the Registered Nurse (RN) $250.00 GUARANTEE $45.00 hourly rate for home visits $.65/mile Paid Mileage On Call phone and lap top provided Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) fielding phone calls from members triage via phone or in home visits consultation with on call physician and documentation Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) Must have a current state of Pennsylvania RN License Must have a valid Driver's License EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
