LifeMD is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Customer Experience to lead our remote CX organization. You will translate executive vision into operational reality, surfacing customer insights and driving performance across voice, chat, email, and AI-enabled channels. You will build and mentor a high-performance team, implement AI tooling, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve resolution rates while maintaining patient-centric care in a fast-growing health-tech #J-18808-Ljbffr Lifemd-1
