Senior Marketing Manager, Private Banking

About the Role Safra National Bank is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Aventura, Florida. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital media, client communications, events, partnerships, content and strategic projects. We are looking for a marketing generalist who is equally comfortable developing an idea, coordinating multiple stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves to get the work done. The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment serving a sophisticated international client base. Experience in banking, wealth management, financial services or working with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth audiences is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, content, events and other channels. Support digital media campaigns, including campaign planning, audience targeting, agency coordination, performance monitoring and optimization. Coordinate marketing projects from initial brief through execution, managing timelines, approvals, internal stakeholders and external partners. Partner closely with bankers and business leaders to translate business priorities into effective marketing initiatives. Work with Compliance, Legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials and campaigns meet regulatory and brand requirements. Support client events, sponsorships, partnerships and other experiential marketing initiatives. Coordinate agencies, designers, media partners, production companies and other external vendors. Develop and review client‑facing communications, presentations, digital content, social media content and campaign materials. Support email marketing, audience segmentation, distribution lists and client engagement initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and use data and insights to recommend improvements. Conduct competitive and market research to identify new marketing opportunities and emerging trends. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and make the Marketing team's execution more efficient. Provide hands‑on support across marketing initiatives as business needs evolve. What We’re Looking For Approximately 6+ years of progressive marketing experience. Strong generalist marketing background with experience across multiple channels and disciplines. Demonstrated experience with digital marketing and paid media. Strong project management skills and a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Highly hands‑on approach with a willingness to personally execute when needed. Strong writing, communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with senior executives, bankers and cross‑functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of ownership. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and move projects forward with limited supervision. Comfortable using data and marketing analytics to evaluate performance and make recommendations. Experience managing external agencies and vendors. Strong judgment and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced and highly professional environment. Preferred Experience Experience in private banking, wealth management, banking, financial services or another regulated industry. Experience marketing to high‑net‑worth, ultra‑high‑net‑worth, luxury or premium audiences. Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta and email marketing platforms. Experience supporting client events, sponsorships or relationship‑driven marketing initiatives. Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are strongly preferred given the international nature of our business and client base.
