We're seeking a hungry and driven sales representative to help grow the agency. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions across personal, commercial, and life products. Top performers have clear career progression opportunities through continued success and development.
- Base hourly salary is $20/hr with first-year earnings of $55,000 - $75,000
- Work-from-home flexibility and flexible schedule

Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Quote, present, and close insurance policies
- Build referral networks and ask for referrals
- Cross-sell to existing clients and expand accounts
- Sell personal, commercial, and life insurance products
Requirements
- An active Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred, licensing assistance provided for the right candidate
- Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Confident, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Honest, persistent, and solution-oriented approach
