MS-Tele Float Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced MS-Tele Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position will involve providing quality patient care across various units within a designated geographic zone.Key ResponsibilitiesFloat between multiple locations within the designated zone, adhering to unit protocols and standards.Provide care to diverse patient populations, including adults and geriatrics with a variety of medical conditions such as cardiac, neuro, oncology, renal, and surgical post-operative patients.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate charting and documentation.Maintain compliance with all required certifications and standards, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.Participate in unit and departmental orientation programs.Fulfill weekend and holiday rotation requirements as necessary.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing.Prior experience in neuro nursing is preferred.Current and valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.Ability to float between various units and adapt to changing patient care needs.Work ScheduleShifts predominantly on nights.Must be flexible with scheduling and available for 6-9 weekend shifts within a 6-week period.Schedules are released 4-6 weeks in advance and may vary based on facility assignments.Additional InformationThe selected RN will be required to float within the following locations: Denver, CO; Lakewood, CO; Longmont, CO; and Westminster, CO. Travel to different facilities within a 60-mile radius is expected.This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable and skilled nurse looking to expand their clinical experience in a dynamic environment.
