Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Pennsylvania

Start Date: September 4, 2026

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4-5 ten-hour shifts per week; varying shift times based on daily assignment (6:15 AM – 4:45 PM, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday); includes weekend night coverage (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on select dates

• Work in a medically directed 1:3 model (maximum 1:4 ratio) at a 593-bed Level I Trauma Center
• Diverse case mix including Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, OB/GYN, General Surgery, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Ortho, and Robotics
• Collaborative environment working alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver patient-centered care
• Epic EMR system for streamlined clinical documentation
• Exposure to all age groups and complex patient populations across multiple procedural areas including NORA locations
• Skills utilized include GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound-guided techniques; CRNAs perform epidurals independently

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania state license (or IMLC/LOQ)
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) board certification
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience preferred
• Proficiency in general endotracheal anesthesia, monitored anesthesia care, regional techniques, spinal anesthesia, and ultrasound-guided procedures
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days (expedited options available with leadership approval for qualified candidates)
