Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the community's common areas and amenities. This position helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Clean and maintain clubhouse, offices, fitness centers, restrooms, and other common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Cleaning windows, doors, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners throughout the property
• Maintaining cleanliness of community amenities, including pools, laundry rooms, and meeting spaces
• Restocking restroom and janitorial supplies as needed
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
• Assisting with setup and cleanup for community events and meetings
• Following all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintaining janitorial storage areas organized
• Providing friendly and professional service to residents and guests

Full-time various schedules to include weekdays and weekends. Pay rate: up to $20 DOE. Please do not apply for this position if you live more than 30 minutes from the Palm City area.
