Overview As a Copywriter with CRMOne, you’ll create persuasive and compelling copy in the established voice and style of a major telecom brand. You can work across different media, from artfully crafted manifestos to clearly articulated idea writeups to effective emails and snappy, text-only posts and messages. You are detail-oriented and have strong opinions about the use of commas. You work quickly and independently, while maintaining a collaborative mindset, partnering closely with clients to help them with day-to-day writing needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that’s constantly moving forward, bringing tenacity and a resilient mindset to navigate shifting priorities and changing client needs. In this role, you will work directly with our clients as an embedded writer with their organization, while still maintaining a relationship with CRMOne, Publicis and agency leadership. This is a hybrid position. Team members are expected to work onsite in the Basking Ridge area approximately 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely, subject to business needs. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategically sound creative for email and direct marketing campaigns. Collaborate with our client partners on a variety of copy-related projects. Quickly and skillfully edit existing communications to adapt to new brand and business strategies. Persuasively present both internally and to clients with credibility, reasoning, and feeling. Actively listen to truly understand the ask and feedback. Ensure communications are produced to the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.
