Radiology Clerk
MAIN FUNCTION:
To perform general office duties, including computer data entry, record release, obtaining old records, and courteous telephone technique. Must be able to greet patients, review orders for accuracy, schedule exams and provide minimal patient care functions. Possess ability to interact and coordinate with patients, patient’s families, physicians, and radiology technical staff regarding radiology procedures. Transporting patients to and from room for diagnostic Imaging tests.
The Imaging Services department is a fast past 24/7 department. The department is looking for an individual to match the pace who is caring and compassionate for the patients we serve. The employee will need to obtain American Heart Association BLS while in the position.
