Team Leader – Schlotzsky's Schlotzsky's is hiring a Team Leader to help drive a smooth and efficient shift, ensuring top-quality food and outstanding guest service. Team Leaders assist both kitchen and cashier departments, enforce cash control policies, and support daily checklists to maintain operational excellence. Learning and excelling in the Drive-Thru position is an essential part of this role. Work Schedule & Physical Requirements Night & weekend availability required Flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time roles Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
