We are looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking EHS professional to join our global team leading Environmental, Health, and Safety programs for a large scale and high volume manufacturing plant. As HSE Manager, you will be a trusted leader and strategic partner — responsible for building a proactive safety culture, ensuring environmental accountability, and protecting the wellbeing of every person who walks through our doors. Location : Siloam Springs, AR. Relocation Assistance : $15,000 lump sum for renters, $35,000 for homeowners. Compensation : $120,000 - $135,000 base salary + 15% bonus target. Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, 3 weeks of paid vacation, all vacation days are accrued. Tuition Reimbursement. 401(k): 6% match. Benefits begin first day of the month following hire. Job Description This is more than a compliance role. It's an opportunity to make a lasting impact by designing and driving programs that set a higher standard for health, safety, and environmental stewardship across the organization. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards. Maintain and advance ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems to proactively assess, mitigate, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks. Oversee all regulatory reporting and recordkeeping obligations with accuracy and accountability. Auditing & Continuous Improvement Lead internal audits, site inspections, and HSE risk assessments in alignment with facility guidelines and internationally recognized standards. Identify hazards related to processes, services, and products, and recommend corrective actions that drive meaningful, sustainable improvement. Continuously evaluate and enhance regulatory programs to stay ahead of evolving standards and best practices. Culture & Leadership Direct and inspire the facility's safety team, fostering a culture where safety is not just a requirement — it's a shared value. Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to embed safety thinking into daily operations and decision-making. Develop and deliver engaging HSE training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and confidence to work safely every day. Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis Apply Lean problem-solving tools, including 8D and A3 methodologies, to lead thorough incident investigations and root cause analyses. Translate findings into actionable corrective measures that prevent recurrence and strengthen the overall safety management system. Safety Compliance Control of Hazardous Energy, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Electrical Safety, Ergonomics, Machinery & Machine Guarding, Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV), Confined Space Entry, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Hazard Communication, and Material Handling. Environmental Compliance Air Quality & Emissions, Energy Management, Solid & Hazardous Waste, Wastewater & Stormwater Management, and Above- & Underground Storage Tank Management. Qualifications Seeking 5–7 years of progressive HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred Working knowledge of OSHA 1910, EPA, DOT, and other applicable safety and environmental regulations Hands-on experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems Proficiency in Lean problem-solving tools and incident investigation methodologies Proven ability to develop and facilitate HSE training programs that drive engagement and behavioral change Training and applied experience in ergonomics, machine guarding, and first aid response A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for protecting people and the environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group, INC.
