Workers' Compensation Assistant
Under the supervision of the Supervising Workers' Compensation Compliance Officer, the Workers' Compensation Assistant will assist the Medical Provider Network (MPN) team in the initial review and analysis of MPN filing submissions for compliance in accordance to the Labor Code statutes and regulations, verification of the applicant's eligibility, preparation of correspondences, respond to general public inquiry regarding the MPN program and perform general admin duties in support of the Medical Unit. This posting may be used to fill future vacancies in accordance with 2 CCR 249.3 The Analyst I classification is being appropriated for this position. If you have list eligibility as a Analyst I it will be used to hire you as a Workers Compensation Assistant. Candidates with Analyst I eligibility must meet the minimum qualifications for both Analyst I and Workers Compensation Assistant.
