About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP/PA) to join a dedicated team specializing in Geriatric Medicine in West Springfield, MA . This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults through high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Details:

Specialty: Geriatric Medicine
Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner (NP/PA)
Board Status: Board Certified
Start Date: Estimated March 30, 2026
Schedule: Full-time weekday schedule
On-Call: Participation in provider on-call rotation required

Qualifications:

Must be a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Experience in Geriatric Medicine preferred
Active Massachusetts license required (not open to licensing at this time)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the elderly population
