Licensed Therapy Lead

To ensure exceptional, evidence-based care delivery, the full-time remote Licensed Therapy Lead will manage a team of up to 12 Staff Trauma Therapists while providing direct clinical care and maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and training to Staff Trauma Therapists, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and policies Conduct performance evaluations and manage team cohesion through regular meetings and feedback sessions Deliver direct patient care, including diagnostic assessments and evidence-based PTSD treatments, while participating in group facilitation as needed Required Qualifications Master's or Doctoral-level clinician with valid licensure (LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.) 3-5 years of post-graduate clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role Current CPT Provider status with expertise in evidence-based PTSD treatment Strong virtual presence and excellent clinical skills, including diagnostic accuracy Highly organized with a mission-driven commitment to patient-centered care
