- Support: 2 Physicians and 3 APPs
- Call: No after hour call
- Other Info:
- We are proactively seeking a replacement for the adult psychiatrist’s future retirement
- She sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising physician for the APPs.
- The clinic is slated to move to a newly renovated space 5 minutes from the hospital campus this summer
- 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission
- We are not an addiction or Suboxone center and prefer to keep our focus on therapy and medication management
- Compensation:
- $330,000 base salary
- Bonus based on RVU production
- Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
- Benefits: Full Benefits
- $40,000 Sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus
- $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
- 33 days of PTO
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- Malpractice with tail included at no cost
- Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability
- 403b with employer match
