Independence, OH Monday Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM $16.00/Hour Resume Required

What You'll Do:

• Perform accurate data entry and record management
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions
• Process shipments using various shipping platforms
• Work with UPS and FedEx systems (experience is a plus)
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Teams
• Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
• Review and verify information for accuracy
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
• Meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

• Previous data entry or office support experience preferred
• Basic computer and office skills required
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Familiarity with iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and professional communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Data Entry Shipping & Receiving UPS WorldShip and FedEx Shipping Systems Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams Administrative or Office Support Experience

Work Environment:

This role can experience fluctuations in workload throughout the day. Successful candidates are adaptable, focused, and able to maintain accuracy during both busy and repetitive periods.
