Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Repair Shop Manager to lead our team at our facility located in Houston, TX, 77083. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of the automotive repair shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high‑quality service delivery. Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Oversee inventory management, including ordering parts and supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on shop profitability. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively. Proficient in using shop management software and other relevant tools.
