Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Hourly Pay: $30/hr Days - $32/hr Nights

Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an Adult patient in their own home in Gulf Breeze, FL

Skills needed: Adult, G-Tube, medication administration.

Shifts: 3-2-2-3 (rotating weekends) 7a-7p & 7p-7a.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
