We are seeking Class A CDL drivers with no prior experience to begin their driving careers in a regional Eastern Seaboard fleet operating from Fayetteville, NC. The position offers regional routes that support weekly home time, a paid training programme, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Compensation and position highlights:

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
• Regional routes serving the Eastern Seaboard with a weekly home reset
• Drop-and-hook dry van freight
• Fully equipped, new tractors
• Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers

Training:

• Paid training programme covering required job skills
• Instructor-led classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel mentorship for drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours of school instruction

Minimum requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must meet employer hiring standards and DOT requirements
• Minimum 120 hours of commercial driver training school instruction completed
